As seen the factory gaps were inconsistent on the vent cover. They welded the hinge on crooked. |

You can tell moisture sat in the channel. We will have to remove and rebuild it as it is too thin toward the glass.. |

This is the support channel that was welded on the under side which gave us the inside lip to keep water out away from the interior. |

She blasted up pretty decent and will work fine. |
