Misc Assembly

Window tracks are next as we media blast every nook and cranny.
New fuzzy materials are glued in to the tracks for the glass to slide smoothly up and down.
A close up shows the fuzzy materials which are loop style.
The fuel pump regulator with its multi colored anodized aluminum needs stripped and finished off to match our silver theme.
Coming along nicely.
Old window cranks await rebuild and tweaking.
Once the are restored they are Max lubed for smooth operation.
Heater box, hoses etc all prepped and ready to install.
The body gets its treatment by fitting all the moldings for height to one another and gaps side to side vs the panels themselves.
Templates were made for the fender emblem to fit precise.
Nice. All is well.
Emblems removed in order to polish aluminum moldings.
