Battery Tray

Behind the side panels in the trunk we fabbed some battery trays on each side. One to keep the car powered up and one for the stereo system on its own.

Door Hinges

Door hinges were also rebuilt. This is a very important part of the build as it enables the doors to stay aligned properly. New pins and bushings.

Hood Hinges

Custom one off parts adorn this big horsepower Ford and the hood hinges are no exception. Fabricated from chromoly tube the angled gussets make it an eye pleasing unit along with the auto lift hidden shocks.

As seen we placed gussets in several places in order for her to be extra strong with the auto lift shocks pushing against it 24/7
Ready for some body work and a little smoothing she is taking shape.

Radiator

We start with the largest radiator we can fit in our confines and custom fit the locations for the water necks, drains and mounting studs etc
Locations are determined where best clearance is achieved.
As seen we have the locations determined so now it is time to hole saw cut out the entrance holes and weld on the necks, drains and mounting hardware.

Final Disassembly

All the fabrication is completed and now we will disassemble and photo extensively for our own custom shop manual of sequence etc. Stock factory manuals will no longer work.
Amp, spare, jack, stands etc all fit behind a closed trunk panel.
