Body Prep

Every part starts out rusty and dirty. The first process after the panel has been removed is to determine if it is solid enough to use. It is then time to de grease and pressure wash clean before media blasting.
Every square inch gets media blasted before primer.
Epoxy primer or DP--50 is then laid down as a protective coating .
The front side as well.
Next phase is to level the body before mounting to a rollable body cart.
Front to back and side to side we mount them on a rolling cart to gain access during the gapping and fitting phase.
Same with the back side of the hood. Prepped for a lifetime of longevity.
